Program Overview Overview
Our life wellness program offers a comprehensive beginner’s course in Table Tennis, designed for individuals with minimal to no prior experience in the sport. Participants will learn fundamental techniques, proper stroke mechanics, and strategic gameplay under expert coaching guidance. Casual ping-pong play will be transformed into a structured, skill-building experience.
Over three months, participants will develop physical fitness, enhance mental acuity, and improve hand-eye coordination while enjoying a supportive, social learning environment. The program not only teaches table tennis skills but also provides holistic wellness insights through nutrition guidance and guest lectures, making it an ideal pathway to personal development and overall life wellness.

- Timeline: 3 months, 12 group sessions – 2 hours per week
- Starting date: February 6th (Thursday) 5pm to 7pm
- Cost: $480 ($40/session)
- Equipment: everything is provided

1. Weekly Table Tennis Fitness Classes (2 hours each):
- Engage in warm up exercises including stretching and strength training
- Learn basic table tennis skills (forehand, backhand, serves, receive, spin).
- Practice hitting the ball against robots to boost your cardio
2. Informal Workshops:
- Learn how nutrition affects your mind and body (smoothies after each class)
- Mental wellness – Learn about the Zone
- Understand Breathing and Meditation, Positive Affirmations, and Visualization.
- Introduction to Brain Health
- Lifestyle adjustments (sleep, calming environment, nature, meaningful connections)
3. Social Competitions:
