Life Life Wellness

Join our Life-Wellness Group to learn the fundamentals of table tennis from a pro while fostering skills that promote health, fun, and social connection. The program offers a dynamic mix of cardio, strength training, and skill-building exercises aimed at boosting fitness and brain health. It also creates a supportive community for building meaningful relationships. Complementing physical activities, guest speakers provide insights on nutrition, sleep, hydration, and stress management to encourage healthy habits, enhance well-being, and improve overall quality of life and longevity. Brain Brain Health

Our Brain Health Group addresses the growing need for cognitive wellness as dementia cases are projected to rise significantly by 2060. Combining physical activity with cognitive benefits, the program highlights Table Tennis as a leading brain sport, enhancing attention, decision-making, and motor skills. Participants gain physical exercise while having fun and learning brain-boosting habits through expert-led discussions on nutrition, hydration, sleep, and stress management. By adopting science-backed lifestyle changes, the program aims to help individuals maintain cognitive function, improve brain connectivity, and enjoy a higher quality of life through engaging and holistic activities.

NeuroGenesis NeuroGenesis

Our NeuroGenesis Program is an innovative initiative for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and dementia. It leverages neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to rewire and form new connections—by combining the cognitive stimulation of Table Tennis, physical exercise, and mindfulness practices. Guided by neurologists and physical therapists, the program begins with a personalized assessment by a neuroscientist and physical therapist to tailor activities to individual needs and subsequently monitor improvements. Participants engage in activities aimed at creating new neural pathways to potentially reverse cognitive decline. The program also includes expert-led sessions on nutrition, hydration, sleep, and other brain-boosting habits, offering a holistic approach to improving cognitive function, enhancing quality of life, and fostering hope for recovery.
